Refund & Returns Policy – DeeNova
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days only. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original, unopened packaging.
- Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior approval from DeeNova will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Several categories of products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary items (e.g., underwear, cosmetics, personal care items).
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
- Gift cards or store credits.
- Downloadable software or digital products.
- Items purchased on sale, promotion, or clearance.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may only be granted at DeeNova’s sole discretion in cases such as:
- Books or materials with obvious signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or video games.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to DeeNova’s error.
- Any item returned beyond the 7-day window.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days, and credited back to your original method of payment.
- Rejected refunds will not be processed, and the item will be returned to you (at your own cost).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing window:
- Re-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
- Contact your bank (refund posting times may vary).
If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@deenova.org.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at admin@deenova.org within 7 days of receipt.
Gifts
- If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued directly to the gift giver.
Return Shipping
To return your product, first contact us at admin@deenova.org for approval.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance. DeeNova will not be held responsible for items lost during return shipping.
