How preorders work at DeeNova, step by step
From payment to doorstep: what happens to your preorder at each stage, and how to follow it.

A preorder lets you buy an item before it arrives in Nigeria. Here is what happens after you place one.
Payment confirmed
We confirm your payment with our payment provider before anything else happens. If a deposit option is available on the product, you pay the deposit now and the balance before delivery.
Sourcing and purchase
We place the order with the supplier, pay them directly and confirm the details. You'll see "Supplier confirmed" and "Purchased" in your account.
Warehouse and inspection
Your items arrive at the warehouse, where we check quantity and visible quality. If something is wrong, we contact you before anything ships.
Consolidation and shipping
Items are packed — combined with others where possible to save cost — and shipped by sea, air or express.
Arrival and clearance
Once the shipment lands in Nigeria it goes through customs clearance, then it's ready for dispatch.
Delivery
Collect at the park or receive it at your door. Every stage is time-stamped in your account, and we email you as your order moves.
